Trei decenii de carieră într-un singur best-of: Eric Clapton – “Forever Man”

Nu mai puţin de 51 de piese cuprinse în trei discuri rezuma contribuţia lui Eric Clapton la traiectoria muzicii rock şi blues. Colecţia include piese ca “Change The World”, “Tears în Heaven”, “Bad Love”, dar şi materiale de pe albumele premiate cu Grammy, “From the Cradle” şi “Unplugged”. Invitaţi speciali sunt B.B. King şi J.J. Cale.

Cele trei discuri vor conţine piese înregistrate în studio, înregistrări live şi piese de blues.

Lansarea lui “Forever Man” coincinde cu startul unui turneu compus din 9 concerte prin care Eric îşi aniversează cei 70 de ani de viaţă pe care îi va împlini pe 30 martie.

Show-urile vor avea loc în locaţii de prestigiu precum Madison Square Garden (New York) sau Royal Albert Hall (Londra). În cadrul concertelor, Clapton va fi acompaniat de membrii trupei sale, Paul Carrack, Steve Gadd, Nathan East, Chris Stainton, Sharon White şi Michelle John, iar în deschidere va cânta Andy Fairweather Low and the Low Riders.

„Forever Man” va fi disponibil în mai multe formate: CD, vinil şi digital. Pachetele vor fi însoţite şi de câteva cuvinte scrise de reputatul jurnalist specializat pe muzică rock, Malcolm Dorne.
