După ce Sony ar fi șters un teaser al viitorul său film marca Disney-Marvel „Spider-Man: No Way Home” apărut ilegal în mediul online în weekend, participanții la evenimentul CinemaCon au avut, în sfârșit, parte de primele imagini din mult așteptata producție.

Filmul „Spider-Man: No Way Home” este programat pentru lansare pe 17 decembrie și se anunță a fi superproducția sezonului.

Starul Tom Holland a publicat, în weekend, un mesaj dedicat fanilor pe Instagram Stories despre lansare: „Nu ești pregătit!”. Apoi, luni, președintele Sony Motion Picture Group, Tom Rothman, a prezentat în sfârșit trailerul filmului, care exploatează universuri multiple Sony/Disney/Marvel.

Din distribuție fac parte și Zendaya, Jamie Foxx, Willem Dafoe și Alfred Molina.

Noul film este continuarea seriei care a debutat cu „Homecoming”, lansat în 2017, și „Far from Home”, din 2019, cu Holland în rolul Omului Păianjen. Până în prezent au fost realizate nouă filme care îl au ca personaj principal pe Omul-Păianjen. Peliculele au avut încasări totale de 2,49 de miliarde de dolari la nivel mondial.
